Every House of Poditu piece is made by hand, for you. From the first stitch to the final embellishment, our artisans and Masterji work on your garment as a made-to-order creation and not pulled off a shelf, but built specifically for your order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed. Should you need to reschedule or cancel a paid order, we will issue the amount as brand credit, which you're welcome to use with us whenever you're ready to shop next.

Before your garment leaves our studio, it is thoroughly checked. We do not dispatch faulty pieces. If you do have a genuine concern with your order, please write to us, every message is read personally, and we will work with you toward a fair resolution.

A small note on handwork: your garment is made by human hands, not machines. This means minor variations in embroidery, embellishment placement, or finish are a natural part of the process — a mark of the craft, not a flaw in it.
