•⁠  ⁠Orders under ₹40,000 carry a flat delivery charge of ₹250, added at checkout.

*Delivery Timelines*
•⁠  ⁠Custom orders: 4 weeks from order confirmation.
•⁠  ⁠Orders made to our standard size chart: 2 weeks from order confirmation.

These timelines begin once your order is confirmed and, where applicable, payment and measurements are received. As every piece is handworked, timelines are carefully estimated but may shift slightly depending on the intricacy of embroidery involved — our Client Relations team will keep you updated at every step.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout — shipments returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information will not be eligible for a refund.

Caring for Your Poditu Piece

Each garment carries genuine handwork, and like all fine handcrafted textiles, it asks for a little care in return:

•⁠  ⁠Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when the garment is not being worn.
•⁠  ⁠Handle embellished areas gently during wear and storage.
